[WIP] Joachim Peiper (1915~1976)

Here's a snap shot of what I've been painting for the past two weeks. It is a rendition of Life Miniatures' recent offering from his range of military bust series depicting Joachim Peiper who was a field officer in the Waffen-SS during World War II.  Jacket, shoulder board, and binoculars are waiting for being painted. Now I'm thinking about the colors and how to give natural shadings of U-boat jacket. I should take my time...........
